The Association hereby gives notice that its Annual General Meeting, Conference and Trade Exhibition will be held on Thursday, 14 and Friday, 15 May 2026 at Pit Complex, Mount Panorama Racing Circuit, Bathurst NSW to conduct the following business:

4. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting
5. Matters Arising from the Minutes
6. President's Report
7. Receiving and considering the financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 28 February 2026
8. Receiving and considering the Branch reports
9. Opening and declaration of Executive Members' Election Results
10. General Business
NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
Calls for nominees are now open. Nomination forms must be completed on paper and sent by post or email to the Secretary. Nominations close strictly at 5pm on 23 April 2026.
